What is the best heart rate monitor for you? This buying guide can help you select a quality heart rate monitor that fits your needs. You may want to consider several factors:

1. Features, features, features! You can get heart monitors with everything from calorie counting to GPS tracking! The important thing is to get the features you really care about, so you won’t be buying another heart rate monitor six months down the road. At the same time, you don’t want to pay extra for features you’ll never use!

2. Ratings & reviews. Many of our heart rate monitors have user ratings and reviews, so you can see how well they worked for others.

3. Price. Once you know what features are most important to you and which heart monitors are the highest rated, then which of them fits your budget? Or, if you’re like me, then how flexible can the budget actually be?

About

Tuesday, March 24th, 2009

I became interested in heart monitors because I needed one to get the most out of Dr. Sears’ exercise program. I started this program because I have a six year old, and have a hard time sticking with exercise programs that take lots of time. Now my exercise routine takes 12 minutes, including warm-up! I’ve already lost 10 pounds on this program, and will keep you updated.

However, this site is for anyone interested in a heart monitor for any reason, whether it’s cardio, aerobics, or any other program. We’ll help you find a great heart monitor for a great price from a great source.
